I ordered a grill set and nowhere on the site mentioned the need for position lights and indicators. There were no instructions included in the box, which forced me to order the position light kit separately, adding another week to the process. When that finally arrived, I discovered the plugs were incompatible, requiring me to purchase new ones. A simple bulletin could have saved me this hassle, but there was nothing at all. Finally, after three days, I received the plugs, but they looked like low-quality plastic. The only positive was the speedy delivery, earning it 2 stars. However, the overall quality was disappointing; screws were breaking under minimal pressure. If the company had been more helpful, my experience might have been better. When I asked for fitting instructions, they simply told me to look for videos online, which was unhelpful. I bought this for a customer's truck and, given my experience, I won't be purchasing from this company again.
