The laptop lagged out of the box. I asked to return it within the designated 72 hours. They said that they only accept returns for unopened items. This means it's impossible to test the product and return it if it is defective. Additionally, even if the product is unopened, I would have to pay 20% of the purchase price for "restocking fee."
