After a lot of back and forth, returning the item and the seller saying they haven’t received it just so they could keep my money, I’ve now proven that I have returned it and they’ve received it and got my money back.THE PRODUCT/COMPANY IS ADVERTISED AS BEING IN THE USA BUT THEY ARE IN VIETNAM!
