Gear 4 Music offer a great selection of products... But the delivery costs are a bit random.
It's better to check what the delivery fees and times are on individual products or risk paying over the odds for an otherwise decent priced item.
Another purchase, another happy customer. Consistency is the keyword here, always great value, always next day delivery, always good customer service. This is my ‘go to’ online music store, - I’m on about my 6th or 7th purchase now, and have never ever encountered a single issue, well done.
Great shopping experience as always. The iems I bought are great. Really good ambient sound isolation and good quality sound. Took a bit of trial and error finding the best earbuds combination that was comfortable but once sorted, they fit a treat and are easy to fit and take out.
I chose this website for its competitive prices and ordered a drum kit for my son's birthday. The delivery date was moved from February 25 to April 10 due to "out of stock," even though the site listed three available. A slight delay would have been fine, but waiting an extra month was unacceptable. I ended up buying elsewhere and my son received his gift late, which was disappointing and irritating.
We wanted to say a huge thank you to Rahul Joshi at Gear4music York. He was incredibly helpful while we were looking to upgrade our podcast equipment. Rahul took the time to talk us through what was available on your online store, without his knowledge and guidance, we wouldn’t have known what was genuinely suitable for our setup, even though we’d already done some research ourselves. His expertise gave us the reassurance and confirmation we needed. We went away with his printed recommendations, had a proper look through, and then placed our order online with Gear4music. Now we’re just waiting for it to arrive and we can’t wait to get started.

I now see why people are saying their deliveries aren’t being delivered on time, now I see that my order is being passed from country to country England, Spain, Germany, everywhere but my address. should have looked at the negative comments first.
I love this guitar .
Perfect for modding but after a good setup it sounds good with stock pickups too !
I had an expensive 8 string before but that had active pickups and sounded bad .
Dont be fooled by the price !
Ps.: i recommend everyone planning to buy an extended range guitar to check videos how to deal with mud & tone context etc. i managed to make this guitar sound like a more expensive guitar .
Spent just shy of £1k paid for next day delivery, tracked it all day, stayed in all day and no show, no communication and no delivery. Can’t speak to anyone, no updates regarding why no delivery. Incredibly disappointing, hope they refund the delivery fee, but that would require customer service, which seems to be absent.
User-friendly design, fair pricing, and trustworthy shipping. In the two orders I placed over the past week, they arrived in less than 5 days with the economical delivery option. The products are also of good quality.
I purchased a guitar and an amp for my son's birthday. The delivery service informed me they couldn't deliver due to a technical issue and would return the items to the supplier. After waiting a few weeks, I checked the stock and reordered the same items. Yet again, I received an email from the seller stating they couldn't deliver on the promised date. The service has been extremely disappointing, truly unacceptable. Would I consider using them again? Absolutely not.
