Accepted my order

Accepted my order, took the money from my bank - then cancelled my order because of some issue with my card and I have to wait up to 14 days to get my money back into my bank. Don't take orders you cannot fulfill as you've wasted my time. I cannot order from anywhere else because you have my money. Friday this was paid - now Wednesday still no funds back - you did not answer my question regarding why you denied my card which is fine. Nonsense to say that you did not take my order because I had confirmation of the order before it was cancelled the next day. Also it took me to complain on here before getting any sort of reply from you guys Changing this to one star, you can tell the quality of the company by how they treat their customers when there are issues, after telling me 3-5 days they had not even processed the refund until Tuesday the 9th. Now expected on the 16th a full 11 days since they didn't want to take my payment. Jokers
