GearMusic – unprofessional, evasive, and disrespectful to customersI placed an order worth over €600 and waited for a full month with no clear updates. Eventually, I had to reach out myself to discover the delay was due to a missing €3 cable. Nobody informed me, offered a substitution, or suggested partial shipment. Only after I contacted them did they replace it with some cheap, unrequested alternative.Communication was minimal and vague. They replied, yes – but with no concrete solutions and always trying to avoid taking responsibility or offering any compensation.The promised delivery on the 23rd never happened. After further pressure, they shipped it on the 24th via DHL Express – and I ended up being charged €140 in unexpected shipping, customs, and tax fees that were never disclosed at checkout.I submitted a compensation request and even selected additional items worth €550, offering to settle with a 40–50% discount for the stress and delays. It’s been a week now – total silence. No reply, no explanation.GearMusic has shown zero accountability and customer care. Shopping with them feels like a gamble. No transparency. No respect. No thanks. Strongly not recommended.
