Brilliant customer service. I ordered a helmet online but they checked it before posting and rang to explain it was damaged. They gave me the choice of a refund or an alternative helmet. I went for the alternative (same model, different graphics) and that arrived the next day in perfect condition. The care they took avoided the need for returns etc. I'm delighted.
