It is a dishonest, clumsy company with an even worse customer service team. They sent me the wrong helmet and accused me of trying to exchange a product that they deny having sent the wrong one, but I have all the evidence with me that they made a mistake. Instead of responding to criticism with professionalism and transparency, they resort to coercive tactics — as if it were acceptable to silence an unhappy customer through threats.Gearchange has proven itself to be an untrustworthy company, unfit to deal with the public and clearly willing to manipulate consumer perception through pressure and fear. It's not enough that they mishandle orders — they also try to erase all public evidence of dissatisfaction.The threatening email I received will be submitted to the court as part of the legal action I have filed against the company. To anyone considering buying from them: think twice before trusting a business that responds to honest reviews with intimidation.
