I had the worst shopping experience ever with this website. I ordered a 3XL t-shirt as a gift, and the item arrived absurdly oversized and completely unwearable — despite following their size chart exactly.I contacted them multiple times requesting a refund, but they kept ignoring my request and sending the same copy-paste responses, refusing to take any responsibility, as if the customer is always at fault.Even after clearly stating that the product was unsatisfactory and unusable, they eventually stopped responding altogether.This isn’t just poor customer service — it’s complete disregard for customers. I’m leaving this review to warn others: do not shop here. There’s no transparency, no professionalism, and absolutely no respect for the customer. I will never purchase from them again, and I strongly advise others to avoid this company.
