No one answers the customer service line (+1 775-979-5857 check it out yourself). I can't get them to return the item that is no longer relevant. it is a nightmareThese people are the original Grinch's of Christmas. DO NOT REWARD THIS INCOMPETENT BUSINESS BY USING THEM, YOU HAVE A LARGE CHANCE OF LOOSING YOUR MONEY.
