ZERO stars. I ordered December 9th so my merchandise should have arrived by Christmas, per their website. I heard nothing so I followed up December 19th. The customer service person sent a message asking me to be patient. Two minutes later I received another message telling me my package had shipped however the tracking number was not in any system and even today is not to not in any system. I've sent numerous emails and only receive the same bologna reply emails containing an un-trackable tracking number and asking me to be patient. I wish I had never placed an order with this company. Buyer beware.
