Got my t-shirt in about a week and a half which is cool because they are all printed to order. Paid for shipping with the order but when that mailman brought it I had to pay several extra dollars postage due. Contacted customer support. They apologized many times and asked for a photo of the receipt from the post office. Sent them that and was promptly issued a refund for that amount on my credit card. Kudos to Liz for all her help. You guys have earned my respect and repeat business.
