I wish I could give them zero stars.My Order was placed on April 27, 2024My credit card was billed on April 29, 2024It is now May 12th, 2024, which 15 days since I placed my order, and 13 days since they charged my credit card. My products have still not arrived. I have to say that this is pretty much the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. After contacting their support team on My 7th their response was simply a link to a webpage that I had already visited which had no new or relevant information concerning my order other than that it had been received.Checking that webpage now it shows that I should receive my order on May 14th. Hey, that's only 17 days after I placed it and 15 days after they charged my card!I consider this very unethical business practice. I think this is the first time ever that my card was charged by a company before the product was shipped.With what I have experienced so far, I am skeptical of it arriving at all.You may wish to stay away from this company.
