I am deeply dissatisfied with my purchase. I ordered a military-themed hat, expecting it to arrive with my name and rank embroidered on it. The website showcased a nice design where the front appeared to have a supportive mesh. However, my first impression was negative when I retrieved it from the mailbox, as it arrived flat in a plastic mailer. Upon opening it, I found it was indeed flat with no mesh backing, and the overall quality felt cheap. When I expressed my concerns, the representative suggested that it would regain its shape after wearing it for a while, which seems impossible without the promised mesh support. While I noticed more positive reviews than negative ones, I advise anyone looking for a quality hat for $43.00 to reconsider, as this isn't the place to find it. I gave a single star solely for the prompt response from the representative. Although I didn’t agree with her viewpoint, it's a learning experience. I wish I could share pictures of what I ordered versus what I received; I believe many would understand my frustration. I've encountered better quality hats at local markets!
