Terrible experience! The product I received was described as "high-quality material," but instead, it was thin, shiny, and had a strong odor. This is not high-quality at all. The company refused to issue a refund, stating they don't refund for "just not liking the product." When I asked them to clarify what they mean by "high-quality material," they ignored my queries. I sent multiple emails that went unanswered. Their website claims they will refund if the product does not match its description, but the so-called "high-quality material" I received was far from it. Proceed with caution!
