The discussion was professional, and advice honest. Quotes for different options arrived soon after, and there was absolutely no pressure to get the more expensive replacement at all. Luke also identified the many faults in the original installation, pointing out poor and dangerous installation issues (yes, it was during the FIT rush and I was sold by a cowboy outfit!), including exposed wires. The installation was challenging because of issues with my circuit board, and Luke was able to source and install an additional circuit board for the solar system, which stopped it tripping my electrics. The export meter was replaced as the previous one hadn't been installed properly. All this took numerous visits, and much more work than was anticipated.The system is up and running, I have a web-based monitoring system, and the work was done professionally. Everything was left clean, and I was extremely pleased with the work.
