I am giving Geegpay this rating because their customer service is terrible and needs improvement. They don't respond to messages and their is no option to call them directly.I have been using them for a while with minimal issues (just their lack of customer service) but geegpay has frustrated me more in the past 24 hours. I am a freelancer on Upwork and I stated that while registering and I withdrew funds from my Upwork account to geegpay. I got a mail in the morning to verify the payment and I responded immediately. Since then, I have not heard from them. I sent numerous messages and emails but up until now, I haven't gotten a response. Not even an acknowledgment of the document. Many people are really complaining about withheld funds even after verifying and this is not funny at all.It is making a lot of people lose trust in Nigeria’s fintech services. I would like them to prioritize issues like this and attend to people faster so they can access their funds. They should also provide a phone number that people can call to resolve their issues.Please look into my matter and release my payment because I already have plans for the money.Thank you.My issue has been resolved and I have my payment. I appreciate the team and we would like to see improvements in your customer service. An option to call an agent won’t be a bad idea.
