Geegpay went down the hill. My USD account was removed without being notified about it while i already had incoming payment. I've been using them to receive funds since 2023. In November 2024, they started locking up my funds as 'under review'. After sending them the required documents (even my LLC documents), they'll release my funds. This was going on for over 3months even after letting them know that i've been receiving funds from same company with my Geegpay USD account since 2023. On 25th of March 2025, i received an email requesting that i should submit a document for them to verify my account. I sent them all that they needed. I got notified again that i should resubmit the same document again (this happened like 3 times in a day). The next day i was notified that they'll be closing my account in next 2days and they won't be processing/refund any of my incoming payment (knowing fully that i receive funds 2-4 times a week) . We all know that ACH sometimes takes about 3-5days to be deposited.....but they removed my USD bank account unnotified even before requesting for the documents and closing my account. As I'm writing this review now, my account hasn't been closed until now even after requesting them to delete all my data from their platform. Stay away from them if you know you gonna be receiving thousands of dollars or euros. They target big funds and scam them. Edit: You're clearly telling lies. There's no feature to upload photos here, i would've debunked your lies. To delete/close an account, take a look at what these guys are requesting from me. "To expedite the Geegpay account deletion process, please provide the following details:1. Your registered email address2. The reason for deleting the account3. Your date of birth as indicated on the verified ID4. A verified phone number5. The government-issued document number used for account verification6. Information about your two most recent account transactions7. Your registered residential address8. A video of you stating your request.These details are essential for verifying your account ownership and initiating the account deletion."
