Lovely products and good customer service but I find their returns policy unfair. I'm in the UK and have to pay over £7.50 to return an item that costs just over £12. What's the point? I'm going to end up keeping it because it's not worth my while. They don't ship to the UK from Hungary so why can't I return it to a UK address. Can't give more than two stars because of this. Definitely a barrier to repurchasing.
