I went online to purchase a Geek & Gorgeous product and the G&G website stated that IF I purchased then a "free gift" would be added to my purchase.The free gift did not arrive - so I have spent the last two weeks trying to find out why. Geek & Gorgeous state that although the website offers the gift, the offer is from G&G Hungary (?) and not G&G UK (!).I asked how I was supposed to know ... as I just responded to their purchase offer. They have come back again to say that whilst other areas of the G&G empire are making the offer I responded to online, they are not.I asked for the contact details of their Customer Service Director or CEO ... but I cannot get past their "Support" team, who are saying ..."I am not sure exactly how you want us to proceed, but I will liase with Geek & Gorgeous, so that it is not misleading that you are getting a free gift.". All this tells me is that the Geek & Gorgeous support team are NOT even part of Geek & Gorgeous !!Worst service I have experienced in many years ...
