I wish I could give zero stars. I regret trusting the online image of the elf toy. When it arrived, it looked nothing like what was advertised. I've been emailing since I opened it, over 30 days ago, and the only reply I've received is a vague offer of assistance. It's been 10 days since they mentioned sending a return label, and I still haven't received anything.
