I ordered a power supply and waited days for dispatch confirmation, which never came. After reaching out via email and phone, I finally spoke to a representative who informed me that my order was out of stock. They offered a different model, which I declined and requested a refund instead. I was assured that the refund would be processed within 7 days, but it never came. Despite my numerous follow-ups, all my attempts to get a response were ignored. I had to file a chargeback through my bank, which thankfully succeeded. I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing anything from this company.
