I bought a device from GEEKOM Australia, and what followed is a six‑week (still continuing) nightmare of poor communication, delays, and outright bad‑faith behaviour. They sent me the wrong model, then refused to issue a simple refund, insisting I cover the return shipping and jump through hoops at my own time and expense.Their customer care is so bad that they don’t even attempt to solve the issue in a way that satisfies the customer. There is no genuine effort to fix their own mistake, only excuses, delays, and conditions that benefit them, not the consumer. This is the worst support experience I have ever had.After six weeks of being strung along and offered no proper remedy, I lost all confidence and trust in this company. GEEKOM has failed basic consumer‑law obligations, and I would not recommend them to anyone. If you value your time, your money, and being treated fairly, avoid doing business with them.
