There's got to be something wrong with their quality control.I bought a Geekom PC and within months, it was having problems when powering on. I sent it in for a replacement. The replacement also had serious problems. It would randomly freeze every 3-4 days when doing only light tasks like Zoom calls. Again, I sent it back for a replacement, but this time I had to wear the postage costs because of their returns policy.I gifted the second replacement PC to my father, who has reported that it has restarted randomly while editing Word documents several times in only a few months. I'm embarrassed to have gifted him a dud.Customer service was responsive, however, English doesn't seem to be their first language, leading to much frustration. They refused to issue me a refund which I am entitled to under Australian consumer law. Frankly, I don't have the time or energy to pursue legal action. I'll just have to take it as a very expensive lesson, which I'm hoping you can benefit from.Don't waste your time or money on Geekom. Spend your money on a more reputable brand.
