Pre & post sales queries re cost was rapidly resolved - and in my favour.That was followed by resolution of a technical query with careful attention to my need for that resolution to be rapid.Excellent service and a great product. Convenient in size, not lacking any required connections and ridiculously simple means of disk expansion. (No idea what I will do with an extra terabyte at the moment. )Quite convinced that I should continue with Geekom the future. Nick
