The I7 12th generation would no longer start after a year. In retrospect, I suspect that the start button was stuck when pressed and would not release again.The device was set in the BIOS to autostart after power is switched on, which may not work if the start button is short-circuited.The device was quickly and without any problems replaced with a new one.Many thanksHans-Joachim Krahe
