I placed an order on 30th December for next day delivery, but I never received confirmation that it was dispatched. After contacting the support team, their response was completely unsatisfactory. Eventually, I received an email stating it would be delivered by a courier service, but they had no record of my order. Now I'm told that another service has had my order since 31st December, and I'm still waiting for clarity on its status. This is unacceptable, and I strongly recommend others consider their options before purchasing from this company.
