I purchased this wig on November 20, and it shed excessively from the start. While wearing a skull cap due to the cold, I noticed a lot of hair remained in it when I took it off. After using a wig brush, even more hair came out, leading to noticeable bald spots on my head. I reached out to the support team to explain and asked to return the wig for a replacement since I paid a significant amount for it and wore it only once. Unfortunately, they offered me just $25 as compensation, which is not enough for the damage done. I will not be ordering from this service again!
