REPORT THEM TO ACTION FRAUD or any consumer protection agency (I’m making a report as well)
All the positive reviews you see on here are fake. This company is very useless.
I ordered my wig on 21st February and on the website, it says the delivery is within 4-8 business days. However I received this wig on 16th March with no apologies or updates on why my delivery was delayed for so long.
On receiving my wig, I realised that the wig I received is nothing like the wig I purchased. The colour , length, everything was off. I decided to try to return wig due to this and on the website, the return policy says this is allowed, I will pay for returns, all that.
When I emailed the team to initiate the return, they keep trying to offer me a $15 compensation, mind you this wig costs $200+. I have been going back and forth with Elsa Han (very annoying by the way) about this return but they keep ignoring my request for the return address and instructions despite over 8 emails being sent. They only respond to me with a copy and paste reply about a stupid voucher.
Honestly report this company. I am now going to my bank to contest the charges because I don’t think they are even going to release the refund details unfortunately. I am also looking into reporting them to the UK consumer protection agency. Please everyone do this too so we can get some legal action or something. I will update this review if anything changes. As I have seen with other reviews, they respond saying to email them and still do nothing about it so don’t be deceived by them. All the ads and positive reviews are fake AF.
Update (01/04/2026): After much back and forth, I left a negative review of the wig on Geeta Hair’s website and the customer service team reached out to me saying they will offer me return authorisation IF I take down my negative review. This is so laughable and appalling, shows the level of fraudulence this company operates on. I obviously refused this. Anyway AVOID AVOID AVOID.
