I had very high hopes for this company but unfortunately the quality disappointed. I was looking for a POD to sell my fine art prints. I made sample orders of various sizes/ paper type.
First order - I opened up the tube and it was all greasy inside. The tissue paper was also slightly greasy. The artwork came bent on the side (on fine art paper).
Second order - the artwork was pixely/ grainy (on A4) even though I am very sure I had all the right resolutions, dpi etc... this was on the archival paper.
I contacted customer service via their "Report a Problem" section. I was able to get refunded pretty quickly. That was the only great thing about the company at this point. But I don't want a refund. I want a service that will actually follow through with what it is supposed to provide. I would not be satisifed with integrating Gelato with my store unless I didn't care about quality and wanted my reputation tarnished before it even began.
