I am so disappointed. I had an order on Etsy made by a client of one of my designs that was meant to be printed and mailed to them by Gelato. I set everything up as instructed and linked the two accounts. Still the order wasn’t sent to Gelato so now I have to refund the client. What an absolute waste of time.
