I bought a Gelert jacket from Sports Direct at the end of November. Since the jacket is lightweight and not suitable for winter, I only started wearing it at the end of April. After just the second time wearing it, the fabric tore under the zipper. Shortly after that, the internal buttons (connecting the inner jacket) ripped off, and the seams started coming apart in several places. The zipper keeps popping open as if it's broken.I contacted Sports Direct, but they refused to do anything about it, saying it had been too long since the purchase — even though the jacket was barely used. I am extremely disappointed with both the poor product quality and the lack of accountability. I expected better from a well-known brand.
