Bought a pair of WATERPROOF Gelert Walking Shoes 9 months ago from Sports Direct. Only worn them about 7 or 8 times. Both feet were soaking during a moderate downpour and before that right foot soaked through just walking on wet grass. The store manager agreed they were faulty but because it was over 6 months I had to go through Head Office for a credit note.....but I got REJECTED! Now bought a more expensive pair of Karrimoor Shoes that look superb....lets hope I have more luck with those.
