Same as most of the reviews on here.Between Gelert and Sports Direct their customer service stinks. Hardly worn mine and the heels leak and have split. Walking boots they are not, I'd get more protection in flip flops. Shame because they are comfortable. Very very disappointed and angry as they will not own the problem nor do anything about it. Shocking!!!!
