I had some very unusual circumstances when placing my order. My son is in the U.S. Air Force, currently stationed in Aviano, Italy. He needed my assistance with placing the order, and Liz Weaver was my initial contact on 1/9/2024. Liz was exceptionally informative, helpful, and accommodating, as my son's leave was very uncertain at the time I placed the order. My main concern was the timing of the delivery date and the 30 day return policy. When I received the email with a projected arrival date, I then spoke with Josh, ( I think ), and he pushed out the delivery date for me, as I was out of town when the ring was expected to arrive. He was very helpful as well. The ring we ordered arrived on 2/10/2024. The day I received the package, my son wanted to see the ring via FaceTime, and he LOVED it! It is stunning!! He arrived home on 2/23 and he proposed to his girlfriend on 2/28. She is is thrilled!! She absolutely LOVES the ring, and it fits her perfectly! No need to return nor adjust the size. The craftsmanship is superb, and the customer service is as well. I would definitely recommend Gema & Co to anyone seeking outstanding quality and amazing customer service.
