Great value and an excellent finished product, but the journey to get there was challenging. Our original selection was discontinued, leading to almost 2 weeks and 4 calls to get a new sample. After payment, it took another 8 days and 4 more calls, along with a threat to go elsewhere, to secure an installation date. However, the fitters were outstanding, the cut was perfect, and we are very pleased with the final outcome.
