GemPages is a powerful and versatile app that can build gorgeous webpages of different types (homepage, collections, product page, etc). They have a plethora of templates and elements to use as building blocks. We’re using a template for our product page, for example. It looks professionally made. You can also start from scratch. If you want to adjust your page you can change the various elements’ settings such as how many columns to divide it up into, whether or not to display it on mobile/tablet/desktop, setting up padding and margin on each side, border, corner radius, shadow, text options, width, height, what happens on hover, etc. Their templates are pleasant to the eye and if you use them will add a touch of professionalism to your store. They obviously have a very intelligent team developing their product, and also a very smart support team too. They are available to answer your questions and will do so with a great attitude! GemPages has a large collection of 3rd party apps that are pre-integrated and you just have to snap them into your page. But if you have a 3rd party app that they aren’t already integrated with you can use their Shopify App Element to embed it. This makes GemPages a hub for all of your store’s design and integration needs. GemPage’s support is TOP NOTCH! They will answer all of your questions and sometimes coordinate with 3rd party apps to assist with integration. They are very nice. We would like to thank Anthony, Annie, and Phoebe for troubleshooting our Vimeo video embed problem on Safari. Liam was awesome in coordinating with our other 3rd party apps to integrate with GemPages. He is nice. He showed us how to use the GemPages Shopify App element to add other 3rd party apps to a GemPages page. We did it incorrectly but he fixed it by telling us to choose "Add Block" and pick the 3rd party app. We’ve integrated Teeinblue as well as Tepo Product Options, both high quality Shopify 3rd party apps that we really recommend. He also used CSS to fix the spacing and font size of the tooltip that is shown upon mouse hover of a Tepo image swatch. Harry has a funny, nice personality, as evidenced by his insistence on leaving the last message - a polite or funny message. His use of animated gifs is also funny. Aside from this, he helped us fix the delete button problem in our cart and coordinated with his team to isolate the issue with the pricing and quantity bug in our cart. We now have a resolution. We will talk to the 3rd party developer of the app in question and ask them for assistance.
