Have purchased things through Gem Shopping for several years. Have generally been pleased. Recently had to return something and instead of contacting customer service, my call first went to a sales rep. Not sure why! Seems like a waste of everyone’s time - - particularly when they are having a busy show and all lines are busy. Customer Service is only reachable weekdays and should have a dedicated phone line like they used to!
