I requested to cancel my order before it was shipped, but the company refused, claiming “change of mind,” even though their written policy wording is unclear and does not clearly state that cancellations are prohibited prior to dispatch. Instead of resolving the issue reasonably, they repeated the same scripted response and would not point to any specific clause supporting their refusal.It feels unfair to deny cancellation when nothing has been shipped.I would strongly recommend reading their policies very carefully before ordering, because once you place an order, you may not be able to cancel, even if they haven’t sent anything.Unfortunately, this was not a positive customer experience.
