I received my order containing a flare and confetti cannon, however the flare had been poorly packaged by the company and had leaked powder throughout the parcel. Unfortunately, this meant the gender reveal was no longer a surprise, which was very disappointing as it took away from a special moment meant to be shared with family.I contacted the company to resolve the issue but was advised that it was not their responsibility and was instead blamed on the delivery driver. This explanation is not reasonable, as the item was wrapped multiple times in bubble wrap and the issue clearly stemmed from inadequate packaging.Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. I suggest looking elsewhere to ensure your gender reveal remains special and truly a surprise.
