Generator works great and my certified installer was fantastic! But don't waste your money on the WIFI upgrade. The WIFI module did not work from day one. When you call for support, they try to get you to upgrade to cellular module (and a few hundred dollars more) . You can't monitor the generator with the Mobile Link app if the WIFI doesn't work. Now they want my dealer to come out and look at the WIFI module to submit a claim. If the claim is denied I pay out of pocket for the service call. Generac couldn’t even ship the WIFI module with the unit when it was purchased new, and I had to install it myself. After spending so much money on the generator (16K), you'd think the WIFI hook up would be simple and work. Total disappointment with teh monitoring aspect of the generator.ad to install it myself.
