We purchased a solar power cell system. It took a year and a half for the install. They registered the unit which put it "into warranty status." It still doesn't work after 3years? They are off-loading warranty work when it's never worked 100% in the first place. They told me it was like a car dealership. You get your warranty work there..I told em you don't buy broken new cars. I also reminded them of the Magnuson Warranty Act and the Consumer protection laws.They would not accept responsibility to find an accredited repair company so I pulled in the installer. Officially on year 3... waiting for a part with a $500 electric bill for the last two months.
