Had I known this was the company that would appear I could have checked them out. However, the website I contacted was for an emergency locksmith with no mention of General Services Ltd. They came in an unmarked car which should have raised my suspicions, but it was an emergency and they had arrived! I am currently waiting for them to return to complete the job started yesterday. It is 14.50 and I was promised they would be back by 12.00. My calls are going voicemail! I have paid half the quoted amount, but believe the job was overpriced to start with. Please avoid.PS. The locksmith eventually arrived. The car did have minimal information on the rear, something I could not see yesterday. He was polite and apologised. However, I still feel he, and I, were let down by very poor customer service.
