Though, under any negative google reviews they falsely claim it’s not them.I am a young woman who found myself locked out of my home in the evening. I went on google to find local locksmith professionals. This was one of the first advert so I called and was quoted a £49 call out fee. I was told that someone would be with me within 30 minutes.It took the technician over 1 hour to arrive. He didn’t introduce himself or explain options. He immediately took out a drill to the lock. Then told me there’s two options one being £200+ and the other £400+. I asked if this was the total price to which he said yes.I was then presented with an invoice of £597. I had no choice but to pay.I am currently disputing this as I was not informed of works to be carried out so wasn’t actually able to consent.As a young woman I was taken advantage of.I have made contact with the Master Locksmith Association and will be escalating this.Beware of this company.
