Mark, the relationship manager - has been exceptional. He calls when he says he will, takes his time to answer questions, refers to the right people on his team when he's not sure. Very efficient. He reflects the culture of the organisation positively. So far, G and M have been fabulous. They are currently working on improving on additional membership benefits, and again this seems to be the culture within the organisation. Seeking to ensure customers are the focus of what they do.
