Fantastic Customer Interaction! My husband and I have been looking for comprehensive Health Cover, and after doing some comparisons I called General & Medical Healthcare and spoke to Michael Sherman, who painstakingly took me through the policy cover we were looking at and answered all my questions, very politely and he clearly knew his stuff. I was a bit of a pain as I called and spoke to Michael at least 3 times with so many questions, and each time he calmly gave me the answer, he was very professional and very helpful. When I originally phoned Michael, I quoted a figure that I had been quoted on a comparison site, he replicated the quote and matched it for us.
