When I discovered David Sinclair & his 30 yr study on longevity I was stunned. Immediately I was on the hunt for NMN and Resveratrol. When I landed on NMN Anti-age page I knew I found the one. Ordered last January 2022 and I am on my third 100g bag. Sinclair I believe is from Australia as well now residing & working in The Sinclair Lab Blavatnik Institute - Genetics @ Harvard Medical School. His protocol is 1g of each/day along with a few other supplements however these are the main ones. I had a month lapse between my 2nd & 3rd bag. Toward the 4th week, I was not feeling as great. When I got back on it took a few months to catch up and my energy levels are increasing again. I intermittent fast (IF) as he suggests, not to lose weight (don't need to) but for the longevity benefits. I usually eat my food in a 6 to 8-hour window.
