I'm giving 3 stars, not due to the quality of the products, which are generally good—though the wax melts could be stronger—but because of the issues with order fulfillment and customer service. Too often, I haven't received all the items I paid for, and dealing with customer service has been frustrating. Their responses are often unprofessional, making it necessary to provide proof of missing items with photos of what I don't have. If I decide to order from their website again, I’ll make sure to video the unpacking process. It seems safer to order through other platforms where you have better support options.
