I bought a life protection insurance policy from Vitality Insurance, way back in 2022. As time went by, I sort of got worried that my monthly premium had steadily been increasing. In the last two weeks, I contacted the professional representative of Genistar, the brokers who arranged the purchase. The rep, Mr Austin Nyamande, was immensely helpful and very courteous as he explained the need for adjustment in view of the current economic inflation. My worries were allayed when he showed me that the increase to my monthly instalment was matched by an increase in the basic sum assured. Thumbs up.
