I regret signing up for Genius. It was advertised as a great Instagram prospecting tool, but it’s been nothing but frustrating. The biggest issue I had was with the messaging automation. The system sends out messages that feel overly generic and, honestly, kind of spammy. I tried using it to connect with potential clients, but all I got were unfollows and negative comments.Another huge letdown was the lack of customization. You can't really tailor your messages in a way that feels personal, and there’s no way to effectively manage your outreach strategy. I also had technical issues where the tool wouldn’t sync properly with my Instagram account, which made everything more complicated.On top of all that, their customer service was practically nonexistent. I submitted multiple support tickets and never received any meaningful assistance. Overall, I would not recommend Genius to anyone looking to grow their Instagram following or prospecting efforts. Very disappointed.
